LH Gardens

Part-time job opportunity

LH Gardens, a residential gardening business in Charlottesville, is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking addition to our team. Some horticultural experience is required, but if you are willing to learn, you do not have to be formally trained. You will need a high level of physical fitness, a strong sense of teamwork, the ability to bend over for hours at a time, no issues with outdoor plumbing, and the patience and willingness to make plants, containers, and garden beds look lovely. We like to fuss with flowers, and you should too!

We work Monday-Friday, about 6 hours a day, and are looking to add to our team this spring. If you are interested in working 3-5 days per week with our happy crew, please send an email and resume or list of work experience. If you love to garden, this could be the perfect job for you, but please understand that it is very physically taxing. We ask that you have dependable transportation, the ability to communicate via smart phone (because of weather), and there is no smoking allowed. Please be ready to supply references of former employers upon request.

If you are interested, please email Leslie Harris: LHarris@LHGardens.com
