Each student must present photo ID upon entering the room at exam time.
No ID no test! Photo and name must match. Acceptable ID include

| ID with photo from Division of Motor Vehicles |
| ID issued by Federal, State or Local Gov. agency with photo |
| Alien Registration receipt card with photo (INS form I-151 or I-551) |
For member fees, you must be employed by a VNLA member or be a VNLA member yourself.
Membership applications are available at www.vnla.org , the VNLA office 1-800-476-0055, info@vnla.org
and must be completed before the testing. If all payments and paperwork have not turned been turned in,
