Communications Committee

1. Responsible for conveyance of VNLA information pertinent to issues as they affect members of the Virginia green industry.

2. Develop articles for the VNLA newsletter and website through interviews, research news, and current events.

3. Other articles may include new member profiles, sales and labor trends, updates on MANTS, and reports from regional nursery associations.

4. Responsible for the development and regulation of the bi-monthly VNLA newsletter photo contest and choosing the bi-monthly and annual winners.

5. Responsible for submitting other interesting photos for the newsletter. They include photos from VNLA and regional nursery association events throughout the year (i.e. MANTS, VNLA Field Day, etc.), new member photos, and newsletter covers.
